Store Policies

All items at Silvia Fox are inspected before they are shipped out. If you find an item has a defect, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct the issue. If an item is the wrong size, and we are contacted immediately (within 3 days of receipt), we will exchange for same color and model only. Because many items we sell are fashion items, and we are aware that photographers, and others like to use them for publicity shots, or one time events, we do not accept returns.
